2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup MANSI Premium Calamansi Juice
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- Sprinkle minced garlic on the salt and mash with a fork until your get a pasty consistency.
- In a bowl, whisk together the garlic paste, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt and MANSI.
- Stir in parmesan, parsley and dill.
- Chill. Drizzle over your favorite greens, along with walnuts and raisins.
To make a dip out of this recipe, just skip numbers 3 and 4!
